These terms apply to purchases on this website from HydroPro Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A GST invoice is issued when the product is installed.
Orders are confirmed by phone. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable or the address is outside our service area); any amount paid is then refunded in full.
Product warranty is as stated on the product card and the manufacturer's warranty terms. Installation is done by HydroPro technicians.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.
