If a product arrives damaged or does not work at installation, we replace it or refund it in full.
After installation, products are covered by their warranty; returns are not accepted for change of mind once a product has been installed and used.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of approval.
